Polaris is a personalised career-planning programme introduced by Aventis and delivered by Ingeus. It combines one-to-one career coaching with self-paced learning. It is not a job-matching service.
The programme is intended for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents joining Polaris for the first time, subject to the programme’s current eligibility requirements. Aventis will confirm eligibility before enrolment.
The programme is S$87.20 including GST and is covered in full by Aventis for eligible participants. There is no programme fee to pay once your eligibility is confirmed.
For participants commencing in November and December 2026, each programme is delivered over four weeks. The programme content, eight one-to-one sessions, total coaching hours, and up to 10 hours of self-paced online learning remain unchanged. The usual eight-week structure is expected to resume in early 2027.
This is a temporary administrative arrangement for November and December 2026 starters. Coaching, guidance, support, and the full programme content are retained in a more condensed four-week timetable.
