Our story
From graduate school to executive search.
Aventis Graduate School has trained mid-career professionals in Singapore since 2007. Over time, a pattern emerged: our most ambitious students were also our most sought-after candidates.
TalentEdge was founded to formalise what was already happening — connecting Aventis graduates with the corporates who needed them, and offering those corporates a structured way to access the pipeline.
Today we operate as the executive talent arm of the Aventis Learning Group, working with employers across the Asia Pacific region.
